What's a Modern Warrior?

Highly recommend the Netflix series "The Witcher" if you haven't seen it!

My friend Medicine man Kuauhtli that already taught us about impeccable positivity explained very well what’s a modern warrior (men or women!).

A modern warrior must
-control his thoughts, take decisions instantly (without making plans) like quit drinking
-control his emotions (don't get angry which is a total waste of energy)
-control his words (always be positive and speak good about yourself and others, avoid negative things
-learn from his mistakes, it's a learning process
-control his actions and do good things for yourself, for others and for mother Earth -doesn't say something is hard, just say it is easy and it will be easy

The warrior always sees the positive and always thinks positive. Thoughts control emotions, words and actions, so start with the thoughts first (yes, meditation is where to start).

I am not controlling all my thoughts yet but I am definitely in warrior mode.

Less than 48hrs ago I announced that I am launching my new event PAWA Paris October 14-15. No team, no structure, no speakers, no budget, no website nothing, just a save the date. I guess I got one thing Kuauhtli said right which is “take decisions instantly without making plans”.

Instead of thinking about a plan, just make it happen, throw the ball and run after it.

Now I just HAVE to make PAWA (the website isn’t updated yet!) happen.

So, in 24 hours:

1/ The venue in Paris is secured. It is a very special venue for me, Station F, an “World’s biggest startup Campus” in the center of Paris, unique. I cannot be more grateful to the Station F CEO, Roxanne Varza, and her team for deciding so fast to let us hold PAWA there. Merci Roxanne!

Ancient technologies and new technologies will meet at the most unique new technologies space in the World.

2/ The main sponsor of the event, ANIMOCA Brands is secured. Animoca is one the largest Web3 player in the world with hundreds of startups created and investments such as the NFT leader OpenSea. Why? Because I still think Web3 is the most exciting innovation on the Internet for the next 10 years. Yat Siu, founder and CEO will speak at the event. Merci Yat for supporting me, again, while the event is just on my mind and doesn’t even have a slide deck.

For fun, my older conference was called “LeWeb3” for a few years, I wanted to make fun of “Web 2.0” so I switched to “3”… Here we are on stage in 2007 with the founder of Skype, Niklas Zennstrom.

I am now working on a gathering of team (including volunteers of course as my budget is limited for a first edition), inviting speakers, doing the website etc.
