L'eloge de Watts faisait déjà partie de ma liste de livres à lire. Maintenant, je vais le mettre en prio sur cette pile, et rapidement m'y plonger. Merci bcp Loic 🙏
I believe that slowing down is the only way to prepare ourselves for a world going at x6 or x100a year. Trying to keep up without taking steps back is dangerous. Especially with using AI. I’ll admin it is easier said than done..
I love Alan Watts’ humour. Definitely worth listening to or reading 👍
I remember going into the Franklin institute when the push button telephone was a science project in a nationally famous science museum. I'll be 82 in 2 months and it sure would be nice to have a lovely Zoom or social group of people who want to have conversations about sex I've been alone in my empty apartment for 8 months and I would love to talk with people and listen to people's thoughts

Ave plaisir Sidoine! Watts c’est toujours bon!
Ahhh ... yes!
All the wisdom traditions I know somewhat well say that everything changes all the time, nothing is truly ever still.
And the only way to deal with it, also inspired by wisdom traditions are:
* reduce resistance / increase acceptance
* train for resilience
... something that I know you know a lot about through Sundance and other practices.
The more I learn about it though, the more I learn that I don’t know much about anything, as you well know too!

Hey Ilsa my post has nothing to do with sex, would you mind dropping this energy somewhere else than my comments?
The algorithm changed whatever word was supposed to be there into the word sex and I feel I wish I could change it I don't know how to change it
"Alan Watts wrote a whole book about it, “The Wisdom of Insecurity.” " - thanks for that one :) I will search it.
pleasure Dean
