The great illusion and my words are the main concepts I am thinking about these days, as I have been constantly working to improve myself, as I wrote two days ago in my main newsletter.
Love this perspective, it really does feel like different traditions are pointing to the same idea in their own way. Whether it’s the illusion, a simulation, or Plato’s Cave, it all invites us to see beyond the surface and not take everything so seriously.
I’m curently with my 16 month old grandson and he constantly pulls me back into the present moment. Staying focused on the ‘now’ is something I’ve been intentionally working on over the past year and being with him reminds me how natural and powerful that state really is.
